Once your payment has been successfully verified, please allow 2 to 4 business days for order processing and shipment. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or holidays will be processed and shipped on the following business day.

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly before submitting your order. Julux Brand is not responsible for packages returned due to incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable addresses, including packages marked “Return to Sender.”
